A little colder temps in the morning have brought out a few more bugs. Baetis, Callibaetis seem to be the players right now. I have been seeing more Damsels starting to mill around the exposed weeds in the hottest parts of the day. A few early reports of Tricos seen in select spots through the system is a good sign. Still seems like more hunting than fishing at times, but feel blessed compared to most of the rivers in the West dealing with higher than normal flows.
