Returns

At Silver Creek Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund your purchase. All returns must be in sellable condition. Please note that merchandise presented after 60 days will be credited based on current selling price.

UPS Ground Service

Completed orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are estimated to take 1-6 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in 2-9 business days, depending on the final destination.

International Deliveries

At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may have your silver-creek.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1.800.732.5687.
